Getting into the hotel was a nightmare. I had to navigate a difficult U-turn and it was incredibly frustrating! The air conditioning barely worked, and the room was uncomfortably warm. On top of that, I was charged extra without any prior notification, resulting in an overdraft. The carpets turned our socks black and the beds smelled moldy. Even the staff seemed overwhelmed, and our requests for supplies were often forgotten.

The Queen Studio was spacious and super clean, which was a big plus for our family. Loved having a full kitchen setup, it really made our stay comfortable. Plus, the USB outlets were handy! The bathroom was modern and decently sized. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Just wish they had a pool for the kids, but overall, it was a really nice place to stay!
